Breakfast Cookies High energy cookies to make ahead of time.
Ingredients:
cup butter or shortening
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
tsp. soda
tsp. salt
1 cup flour
2 cups granola mix
Directions:
Lightly grease baking sheets. Cream together butter or shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Add to sugar mixture. Stir in granola. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake in 250 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until edges are browned. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
